My services are tailored to client requirements whether they be 1-2 hour classes or half-day workshops.

I provide a free initial consultation to discuss and identify your needs before designing a session/workshop/program to achieve your desired goals and outcome.

My sessions consist of various styles of yoga and meditation as each style has its own unique benefits.  I also include wellness and mindset coaching in my sessions to provide a holistic service and takeaway tools participants can use to continue their growth.

A safe, supportive and respectful environment is created where classes are fun, interactive and enjoyable to allow everyone to experience the full benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

My yoga classes are designed for everyone regardless of physical ability, age and experience.  Participants are provided with options for beginners to experienced practitioners to ensure everyone benefits and enjoys their practice.

Private Yoga

(1 hour classes)

$90 for private

$120 for couples

$150 for 3-5 people

Corporate Rates

(Up to 10 people)

$250 per hour

$450 for 2 hours

$850 half-day workshops

Meditation

Meditation is training the mind to be calm and slow down to focus on one task at a time. We learn how to slow down the thinking process by focusing on our breath, our body, our senses. Various styles of meditation are practiced in this class such as Concentrative, Guided Visualization, Breath Focused, Mindfulness and Vipassana silent meditation

Balance & Burn

A fusion of Yoga and Meditation. This dynamic sequence is a combination of vinyasa and hatha postures that will raise your heart rate and burn some calories. A mixed level of experience. Modifications provided.

Strength & Stability

A fusion of Yoga & Meditation. Slow Flow - Stronghold postures to improve balance, stability and slow down your mind. It also improves strength and allows you time to fully appreciate each asana. It creates balance in your body and mind. Mixed Level.

Flex & Recovery

Slow-placed Yin style of yoga incorporating TCM organ health with asanas. Poses are held from 2 to 5 minutes. Each asana focuses on deep connective tissue, joints, and ligaments. The perfect class if you want to work on your flexibility and for post sport, gym, injury recovery.
