A private session allows me to customize your session to your needs and goals, whether it be life or wellness coaching, mindset coaching, meditation, yoga or assisted stretch.
At the initial consultation, we explore how I can support you in achieving your goals. We look at where you are currently in your life, where you would like to be, and identify any challenges or mindset barriers—whether physical, mental, or emotional—that may be holding you back.
As your coach, I work alongside you through a process of growth and development, offering guidance, support, and tools that empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence..

My services are tailored to meet your specific needs, whether that’s a 1–2 hour class or a half-day workshop.
We begin with an initial consultation to explore and identify your goals, allowing me to design a session, workshop, or program that aligns with your desired outcomes.
Each offering incorporates a variety of yoga and meditation styles, recognising that each brings its own unique physical, mental, and emotional benefits. I also integrate wellness and mindset coaching to provide a holistic experience, along with practical tools that participants can take into everyday life to support continued growth.
A safe, supportive, and respectful environment is always created, where sessions are engaging, interactive, and enjoyable—allowing each participant to fully experience the benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Meditation
Meditation is training the mind to be calm and slow down to focus on one task at a time. We learn how to slow down the thinking process by focusing on our breath, our body, our senses. Various styles of meditation are practiced in this class such as Concentrative, Guided Visualization, Breath Focused, Mindfulness and Vipassana silent meditation
Balance & Burn
This dynamic sequence is a combination of vinyasa and hatha postures that will raise your heart rate and burn some calories. A mixed level of experience. Modifications provided.
Strength & Stability
A fusion of Yoga & Meditation. Slow Flow - Stronghold postures to improve balance, stability and slow down your mind. It also improves strength and allows you time to fully appreciate each asana. It creates balance in your body and mind. Mixed Level.
Flex & Recovery
Slow-placed Yin style of yoga incorporating TCM organ health with asanas. Poses are held from 2 to 5 minutes. Each asana focuses on deep connective tissue, joints, and ligaments. The perfect class if you want to work on your flexibility and for post sport, gym, injury recovery.
